Clear Springs Landscape Maintenance - Yard and Tree Trimming

Please see the information below for the scope of work provided by the HOA landscaper.

Below you will find the schedule for the landscaping maintenance as provided by C&B Landscaping.

Mowing - will be weekly every Wednesday. If there is severe weather on the assigned mow day, we will be back the following day.

Fertilizer - will be applied every 6-8 weeks, spot treating weeds as needed

Sprinkler - schedule for common areas will follow city guidelines.

 - Homeowners, if a sprinkler head is damaged, please contact the office and we will repair it at no charge to you.

Shrub trimming - shrubs are trimmed April thru October, a portion of the complex is trimmed every week.

What is trimmed - all shrubs on the outside of fences and Common areas.

Tree trimming - is not included
